Our story began in 1991, when Josefina & Rafael Jimenez Sr., started offering favorite family recipes to our community in a taco truck. Ever the trend setters, the business became so popular we moved operations into a fully functional kitchen with seating available to accommodate the ever-growing list of faithful customers.
